Responsibilities
- 01learn a lot by working closely with all People & Culture functions across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, etc.
- 02support the People Operations team with data-related tasks while gaining hands-on experience in people analytics
- 03Leverage AI tools to redesign workflows, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- 04Drive AI-enabled operational excellence by optimizing ways of working, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and continuously improving People operations.
- 05be involved in global mobility processes and cross-country People & Culture operations
- 06work directly with our Head of People & Culture
- 07assist in organizing and managing internal and external People & Culture related events
- 08demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities
- 09work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments including C-levels
- 10take part in creating People & Culture strategies to support Insider One's growth and see the whole process end-to-end
- 11find the related topics & create internal training for People & Culture.
Requirements
- 01a bachelor's degree in related fields
- 02assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead
- 03ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
- 04ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- 05strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- 06excellent command of both written and spoken English
- 07passion for discovering and working for various People & Culture functions including recruitment and learning & development
