Responsibilities
- 01Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform
- 02Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners
- 03Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences
- 04Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions
- 05Gather insights from partners to help improve our product
- 06Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills
Requirements
- 012+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm
- 02Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems
- 03Excellent written and verbal English skills
- 04Based in Istanbul. (on-site)
