Responsibilities
- 01Own and continuously evolve the Professional Services category strategy and execution roadmap
- 02Own multiple complex sourcing workstreams end to end
- 03Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders
- 04Lead complex negotiations and design fit-for-purpose commercial structures
- 05Build and improve scalable category mechanisms
- 06Strengthen the supplier ecosystem through competitive sourcing
- 07Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve spend visibility
- 08Partner with Legal, People, and Extended Workforce to distinguish professional services from contingent labor
- 09Produce clear, executive-ready reporting across pipeline health
- 10Drive reliable execution through disciplined follow-through
- 11Use AI to redesign sourcing workflows
Requirements
- 018+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
- 02Significant depth in Professional Services
- 03Experience owning Professional Services category strategy and sourcing end to end
- 04Experience leading complex, high-stakes services negotiations
- 05Understanding of commercial and operating dynamics of consulting, advisory, managed services, and project-based work
- 06Experience helping build or improve category operating mechanisms
- 07Demonstrated experience using AI to redesign sourcing workflows
