Responsibilities
- 01Collaborate on and develop program strategy for various technical programs, including AI Enablement, AI Education, Machine Learning Education, Data Education, Engineering Education with internal SMEs and other Technical Learning & Development team members
- 02Design, create content, and project manage in-person and virtual technical learning events/forums for the Technology organization focusing on unique needs and business objectives
- 03Develop and execute program strategies for technical learning experiences and forums, both asynchronous and synchronous
- 04Build a community and foster connection across the technical organization through development of in-person and virtual technical learning events/forums, executive stakeholder management, and through recruiting, training, and supporting internal, professional contributors and SMEs
- 05Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics for learning and events, coordinating course enrollment and materials
- 06Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and programming using data to drive decisions and experimentation
- 07Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple groups and geographies
- 08Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external speakers, vendors and consultants
- 09Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing, identifying and recommending methods to streamline processes, tools, templates and scale communication channels
- 10Develop project plans, robust documentation, and communication plans as part of exceptional program management
- 11Create training materials, slide decks, job aids, and other assets
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in a Technical L&D program or learning content management role
- 02Direct prior experience in a technical field (e.g., software engineering, data science, or related roles), enabling a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by technical learners
- 03Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and how they operate
- 04Experience building and curating technical content for an engineering or technical audience
- 05Experience with AI as an agent for developer productivity and knowledge of AI enablement for product development
- 06Expertise in instructional design and content design best practices
- 07Success building and implementing programs, processes, and operational plans
- 08Demonstrated ability to manage several programs and initiatives at once, executing against a broad roadmap
- 09Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
- 10Produces clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation that enables knowledge sharing and operational excellence
- 11Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- 12Consultative and collaborative skills, comfort partnering with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external partners
- 13Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives
- 14Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- 15Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the target audience
- 16Demonstrated ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning materials, crafting engaging, visually compelling content such as presentations, job aids, and digital resources
