Responsibilities
- 01Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience
- 02Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions
- 03Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams
- 04Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack
- 05Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes
- 06Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns
Requirements
- 01Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience
- 022 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java or Ruby
- 032 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems
- 042 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs
- 052 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and stack layers
- 062 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software
