Responsibilities
- 01Working alongside largest customers, solving their complex challenges
- 02Resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security
- 03Being an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale
- 04Advocating for customers' needs - interfacing with product management and development teams
- 05Contributing to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics
Requirements
- 01Strong technical experience in systems administration
- 02Strong technical experience in distributed systems
- 03Strong technical experience in network administration
- 04Strong technical experience in database architecture and administration
- 05Strong technical experience in application architecture
- 06Experience with authentication systems such as OIDC/SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, AD
- 07Experience with virtualization - docker, kubernetes
- 08Operations background with experience administering large-scale production environments
- 09Experience with hardware, operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows)
- 10Experience with networks (including firewalls and load balancers)
- 11Experience with cloud-based resources (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
