Responsibilities
- 01Lead, support, and grow a team of data scientists and data science managers
- 02Champion data quality, accessibility, and the democratization of data across the company
- 03Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment
- 04Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Sales, Marketing, or Finance to drive impact
- 05Shape how we measure AI products: evals, quality, and experimentation for LLM-powered assistants and agents
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience managing and leading high output Data Science teams
- 02At least 2 years managing other managers
- 037+ years of experience working in AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 04Proven experience building or measuring AI products, ideally LLM-powered assistants, agents, chatbots, or copilots
- 05Demonstrated expertise in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting
- 06Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
- 07Desire to build an inclusive and diverse culture
