Responsibilities
- 01Conduct thorough compliance assessments of incoming RFx requests to ensure all proposals meet necessary standards
- 02Evaluate each request diligently to identify any compliance gaps and provide insights to align with overall project requirements
- 03Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve the quality of proposals
- 04Gather insights and feedback that enhance content clarity and persuasiveness
- 05Ensure all proposals meet high standards for accuracy and professionalism
- 06Partner with the Elastic channel teams to scale New Logo capture through partner organizations
- 07Proactively coach, enable, and guide sales representatives on process adherence, intake requirements, and compliance standards to improve submission quality and cycle times
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience in project operations, enablement, or sales support managing high-volume intake workflows and tight deadlines
- 02tech or SaaS background preferred, but not required

- 03The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is: $61,900 — $97,900 USD
- 04The typical starting salary range for this role in select locations (Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco Bay Area CA, New York City Metro Area) is: $74,200 — $117,300 USD
