Hybrid - San Francisco
Responsibilities
- 01Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across core IT systems
- 02Lead tool consolidation and SaaS lifecycle improvements
- 03Own and improve vendor management processes including procurement, renewals, intake, and documentation
- 04Partner with Security, Compliance, and People Operations on cross-functional workflow optimization
- 05Build and maintain integrations between systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and ITSM
- 06Contribute to and help enforce IT documentation standards
- 07Identify and address tech debt especially in high-friction workflows
- 08Help shift IT from reactive support to a proactive, strategic partner
Requirements
- 01Technically strong: Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.), APIs, and automation platforms like Workato or Zapier
- 02Process and project-oriented: Skilled at designing and implementing scalable systems
- 03AI and Automation Expertise: Able to leverage generative AI tools to improve IT workflows and automation
- 04Cross-functional communicator: Comfortable collaborating with other teams and and other stakeholders
- 05Hands-on: Willing to roll up your sleeves and build, implement, and maintain critical systems
- 06Proactive and strategic: Able to focus on immediate needs while aligning with long-term IT goals
- 07Documentation-forward: Values clarity and scales knowledge effectively within the team

- 06The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
- 07Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location
- 08Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location
- 09The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role
- 10This is an in-person role based at our San Francisco headquarters
