Responsibilities
- 01Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing to contribute significantly to the success of the business or the engineering platform
- 02Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, overseeing complex multi-phase projects across multiple teams and platforms from concept to implementation
- 03Build features across multiple stacks, potentially including Backend, Frontend, and Mobile
- 04Optimize web applications for peak performance and scalability, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fast, and scalable code
- 05Mentor fellow engineers on both technical and product judgement
Requirements
- 012+ years of experience
- 02Proficient in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript
- 03Comfortable in agentic coding tools
- 04Familiar with HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Next.js
- 05Experience driving product improvements end to end, including deciding what problems are worth solving and how to solve them
- 06A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 07A love for technology, and an insatiable curiosity for new tools to solve real problems
What we offer
- 01Salary range: Canada: the pay range for this role is $129,500 - $ 178,000 per year

- 03Hybrid work model: 3 days in office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day), with flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year
