Responsibilities
- 01Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end.
- 02Work alongside user-facing teams like Sales and Support to deeply understand our customers' needs.
- 03Design and implement solutions to improve our customers' banking experiences.
- 04Own problems end-to-end, from user experience and data models to scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
- 05Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.
Requirements
- 014+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications.
- 02Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end-to-end.
- 03A high bar for engineering standards and a willingness to learn.
- 04This role will be based in either New York, San Francisco, or our Seattle office.
- 05We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home.
- 06We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 07As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
What we offer
- 01Expected salary range: $152,000 - $190,000 (base pay, equity possible)
- 02Location: San Francisco (also New York, Seattle options)
- 03Hybrid work model: minimum three coordinated days in office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 04Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
- 05Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of total compensation package
