Responsibilities
- 01Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end
- 02Work alongside user-facing teams like Sales and Support to deeply understand our customers' needs
- 03Design and implement solutions to improve our customers' banking experiences
- 04Own problems end-to-end, from user experience and data models to scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
- 05Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence
Requirements
- 017+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying applications with a focus on the backend
- 02Experience building and designing scalable backend systems
- 03Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
- 04Experience working with backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python)
- 05Familiarity with software engineering development cycles
- 06Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
- 07Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- 05The expected salary range for this role is $192,000 - $240,000
- 06Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
