Responsibilities
- 01Architect and build core platform to handle data at scale with low latency
- 02Develop real-time eventing infrastructure, streaming and batch ETL pipelines
- 03Build and maintain Iceberg-based data lakehouse
- 04Own systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation
- 05Develop systems for long-term agent memory
- 06Build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives
- 07Implement optimization loops for agent personalization
Requirements
- 01Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in Go, Scala, or Python
- 02Experience with large-scale data systems processing terabytes/petabytes of data
- 03Knowledge of Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats
- 04Understanding of storage engines, query plans, and data serialization trade-offs
- 05Experience implementing data governance, lineage, and testing
- 06Data modeling expertise (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas)
- 074-7+ years of hands-on development experience
- 08Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 09Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time processing
- 10Experience with modern data visualization libraries (ECharts, D3.js)
- 11Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops
