- 04Build the future of the platform by guiding the evolution of Sierra's core platform
Requirements
- 01Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- 02Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- 03A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency
- 04Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- 05Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- 06Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience
