Responsibilities
- 01Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape
- 02Interface directly with working scientists and translate learnings into engineering priorities
- 03Partner with product and design to turn scientific workflows into shipped product
- 04Work closely with research to improve model capabilities for science
- 05Shape evaluations and surface failure modes
- 06Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work
Requirements
- 018+ years of software engineering experience
- 022+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
- 03Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments
- 04Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications
- 05Comfort working directly with technical domain experts
- 06Ability to set technical direction with limited precedent
What we offer
- 01Annual Salary: $405,000 – $485,000 USD
- 02Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% time in office
