Responsibilities
- 01Drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through delivery
- 02Partner closely with product, design, research, and forward-deployed engineers
- 03Build capabilities, integrations, and workflows for industries to adopt Claude safely and at scale
- 04Move quickly across unfamiliar domains and learn what matters to each market
- 05Ship products that unlock entirely new categories of customers on the platform
- 06Design and operate systems for businesses to price, package, and sell what they build on Claude
- 07Provide controls for businesses to operate with confidence
Requirements
- 01Minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer
- 02Some frontend experience
- 03Strong product sense and technical chops to tackle a wide variety of challenges
- 04Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners to ideate and execute product strategy in new domains
- 05Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the software development process
- 06Product-focused approach to platform work
- 07Ability to take full ownership of work from design through build, deployment, operations, and iteration
- 08Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently
- 09Experience operating in both 0 → 1 and more mature team or company settings
- 10Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 11Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
