Responsibilities
- 01Serve as the primary SME for Veeva Network, providing proactive guidance on aligning system capabilities with evolving business requirements and industry regulations
- 02Manage the critical Network-to-CRM interface, ensuring the integrity of end-to-end data flows and validating the accuracy of Data Change Requests (DCRs)
- 03Own the long-term performance of the Network environment, proactively managing the environment to identify technical debt and ensure optimal performance
- 04Act as a guardrail for customers, recommending industry-standard configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions to prevent system degradation
- 05Partner with customers to refine their internal data governance processes, ensuring they maximize the value of their Veeva investment post-go-live
- 06Independently execute technical tasks within the customer’s environment, including data model updates and system audits
- 07Manage client interactions, set expectations, and provide clear, effective communication
- 08Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues related to data, configuration, or platform performance
- 09Leverage Veeva’s approved AI tools to accelerate documentation, data investigation, and provide faster technical insights
- 10Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best practice development
- 11Uphold the Veeva Vision and Values including Do the Right Thing and Customer Success
Requirements
- 013+ years of professional experience specifically within Master Data Management (MDM) or Life Sciences Data Operations
- 02Master Data Management experience
- 03Hands-on experience with Veeva Network or Veeva CRM (or comparable MDM platforms)
- 04Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating consulting acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders
- 05Ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple clients while maintaining an 80% billable utilization target
- 06Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- 07Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
