Responsibilities

01Design and deliver MDM architectures using Veeva Network, covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality
02Own project delivery for enterprise clients, from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live support
03Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
04Create detailed technical documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications
05Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
06Support change management activities to drive adoption of MDM best practices
07Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
08Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks

015+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environments
02Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect and implement MDM solutions
03Hands-on experience with platforms such as Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar
04Deep expertise in data modeling, data quality, integration technologies (SOAP/REST), and governance methodologies
05Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise data domains (e.g., customer, HCP/HCO, product)
06Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
07Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
08Willingness to travel as needed
