Responsibilities
- 01Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences
- 02Leading business process discovery and application design workshops
- 03Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design
- 04Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment
- 05Creating process documentation and project deliverables
- 06Planning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
- 07Providing subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into our customers’ software ecosystems
Requirements
- 015+ years’ experience with consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent experience
- 02Direct experience using digital content management systems
- 03Experience working with life science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health, etc.)
- 04Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
- 05Ability to work with a variety of customer roles, internal/external stakeholders, and delivery partners while ensuring high-quality solution delivery
- 06Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment
- 07Ability to travel as required
- 08Bachelor’s degree or above
- 09Fluency in English
- 10Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
