Responsibilities
- 01Act as the single-threaded leader (STL) for Client Experience across three domains
- 02Translate high-level business goals into precise, versioned APIs and event-driven architectures
- 03Understand and optimize handoffs between domains in the client journey
- 04Define platform features for agentic strategy and autonomous onboarding
- 05Enforce quality standards and maintain stability floor across systems
- 06Lead cross-functional domain pods with elite engineers
- 07Evangelize and operationalize YBIYRI (You Build It, You Run It) culture
- 08Use RICE framework to prioritize requirements and create executable roadmaps
Requirements
- 01Deep technical foundation in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms
- 02Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST)
- 03Platform-as-a-Product experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems
- 04Proven experience with developer-facing APIs/SDKs, identity and access management, or checkout/commerce experiences
- 05Execution mastery with track record of driving delivery velocity across wide surface areas
- 06Senior-level experience in technical product management
