Responsibilities
- 01Build, lead and manage high-performing teams, managers, and individuals, across multiple locations, including providing performance reviews, continual feedback, and career growth
- 02Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives
- 03Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure successful execution of Risk’s most complex programs
- 04Make substantial improvements to how the teams you work with communicate and operate to significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of the teams
Requirements
- 015+ years of management experience of varying seniority, including managing managers
- 028+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience
- 03Extensive experience in finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations
- 04Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading teams of Technical Program Managers who have done the same
- 05Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones
- 06Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership
