Responsibilities
- 01Execute on technical programs that require deep systems and engineering knowledge
- 02Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other cross‑functional partners to define, scope, and drive large programs to conclusion
- 03Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria
- 04Improve communication and operational processes to increase team productivity and efficiency
- 05Define and produce high‑quality written proposals, communications and documentation
- 06Leverage data and acquired knowledge to drive strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level
- 07Create widely circulated plans, driving consistency, clarity and building alignment across teams
Requirements
- 015+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or technical program management experience
- 02Excellent analytical skills and ability to digest complex information
- 03Proven track record of program management through all phases of software development
- 04Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
- 05Experience driving process improvements across multiple teams and functions
- 06Ability to operate autonomously and lead large‑scale efforts across time zones
- 07Experience working in financial risk and compliance (preferred)
- 08SQL and Python scripting or programming skills (preferred)
