Responsibilities
- 01Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end — embedding deeply, building trust, understanding their workflows, and reaching for the simplest solution that works
- 02Prototype and build solutions yourself where you can, and bring in dedicated engineering support to take things deeper when that's the right call
- 03Develop AI trainings and a practical plan for rolling them out, so employees across Suno use AI effectively, safely, and confidently
- 04Partner with Leverage team to evaluate, vet, and roll out tools and connectors, weighing cost, security, and risk
- 05Shape how Suno thinks about AI usage, guidelines, and cost — bringing rigor to a fast-moving, high-trust environment
- 06Help make creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone by multiplying what every team at Suno can do
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions, ideally at a senior+ level
- 02Hands-on technical ability to prototype and build in modern AI tooling (e.g., agentic coding and AI work environments)
- 03An optimistic, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward AI enablement
- 04Excellent communication and trust-building across very different audiences
- 05Direct experience in an AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools function
- 06Experience standing up trainings, enablement programs, or domain knowledge bases
- 07Background spanning both operating and engineering or data work
