Responsibilities
- 01Own the enterprise roadmap end to end
- 02Set the strategy and priorities for everything that makes large companies successful on Replit
- 03Make Replit Agent the best in the world at solving business problems for non-technical users
- 04Build the enterprise platform
- 05Own the capabilities serious buyers depend on: identity and access (SSO, SCIM), admin and governance, data privacy and compliance, and flexible deployment options
- 06Drive land-and-expand
- 07Build the product-led motion that grows a handful of builders into a company-wide rollout
- 08Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and security
- 09Be the voice of the enterprise customer
- 10Spend real time with customers, on calls, in security reviews, and on-site
Requirements
- 016+ years of product management experience
- 02At least 3 years focused on enterprise products
- 03Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and what they need to adopt and roll out software at scale
- 04Excellent communication and cross-functional skills
- 05Track record of moving work forward across engineering, design, sales, and security
- 06Strong technical judgment
- 07Ability to understand deep technical concepts and go deep with engineers on security and infrastructure topics
