Responsibilities
- 01Own the technical strategy and implementation for the company's AI data platform
- 02Design and implement a robust security and governance framework
- 03Build automated solutions for data classification, access control, and vulnerability management
- 04Implement and manage the strategy for infrastructure as code and CI/CD
- 05Set the bar for engineering excellence
- 06Serve as an engineering partner to the Principal Product Manager
- 07Communicate technical vision, strategy, and trade-offs clearly
- 08Collaborate with the AI, security, and analytics teams
Requirements
- 0110+ years of data engineering experience
- 02At least 5 years focused on architecting data platforms for data products, analytics, and/or AI-driven products
- 03Experience with high-compliance/high-security regulated environments is a plus
- 04Deep and recognized mastery of data platforms and architecture
- 05Expert-level understanding of data pipeline and orchestration tools
- 06Deep expertise in designing and implementing technical frameworks for data governance, access control, and security
- 07A proven track record of partnering successfully with product management and business leaders
- 08Ability to deliver immediate solutions while building a scalable foundation
