Responsibilities

01Coordination, monitoring and reporting within the enterprise and external partners
02Project planning and support for our engineering teams
03Design processes that scale to support our rapidly growing business
04Develop schedules, adhere to milestones and keep other team members on task
05Recognize and prioritize issues, and collaborate for timely resolution
06Identify risk factors, develop and execute mitigation plans
07Drive regular status updates to ensure transparency and maximize efficiency
08Facilitate open communication among differing personalities and work styles
09Perform other duties as assigned

014+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or experience leading large organization-wide programs
02Experience managing cross-departmental processes
03Experience leading successful projects from start to finish
04A talent for empathizing with employee and customer challenges, with a focus on user experience
05Critical problem solving skills to navigate complex issues, manage partners, all while being a great team-player
06Excellent written and verbal communication skills
07Experience in a high-growth company
08Business related degree, or equivalent experience
09Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
10Fluency in English is required
