Responsibilities
- 01Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform
- 02Ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to complex customers
- 03Help maximize value from Databricks platform and return on investment
- 04Engage with Solutions Architects to understand customer demand plans
- 05Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plans
- 06Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers
- 07Create and drive plans for Databricks colleagues to build upon
- 08Coordinate with Professional Services resources for delivery of engagements
- 09Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations
- 10Provide internal and external updates on customer health and usage status
Requirements
- 015+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI domain
- 02Program or project management experience including account, stakeholder and resource management
- 03Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
- 04Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing complex programs
- 05Track record of overachievement against goals or targets
- 06Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
