Responsibilities

01Provide expert guidance that translates data, analytics and AI challenges into high-impact business value
02Design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions, focusing on architecture, operational excellence, and customer enablement
03Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform in customers
04Be the Databricks Architect working with customer technical teams on use cases/data products, addressing technical challenges and blockers
05Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts
06Create and execute a point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services resources
07Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and upgrade needs
08Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, risks, product adoption, and use case progression

01Programming experience in PySpark, SQL or Scala
02Understanding and hands-on experience of solution architecture-related distributed data and analytics systems
035+ years of experience in Data, Analytics or AI project delivery with a track record of technical debate and design choices
04Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
05Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
06Technical program coordination including account and stakeholder management
07Experience resolving complex and important escalations with senior customer technical stakeholders
08Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objective targets
09Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience
