Responsibilities

  • 01Run the day-to-day HR operations function in the EMEA (including HR systems, immigration, global mobility, and policies)
  • 02Help scale existing processes for growth and innovation based on business needs
  • 03Manage compliance of UKVI programme and other statutory reporting requirements
  • 04Maintain our HRIS system (Workday) and keep other HR tools and systems up-to-date, ensuring a high level of data integrity
  • 05Participate in system updates and enhancement projects
  • 06Oversee the Benefits Programs across EMEA countries
  • 07Maintain relationships with third party pay and benefits brokers
  • 08General Business Reporting (e.g., New Hires, Terminations, etc.)
  • 09Document Management / Retrieval
  • 10Respond to Compliance and Legal Inquiries
  • 11Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and simplify workflows
  • 12Partner with Finance/Accounting to manage payroll cycles and other employee compensation
  • 13Function as a subject matter expert and People Operations representative for most employee inquiries
  • 14Ensure that we are positioned to scale quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of the business
  • 15Uphold and promote Postman's values
  • 16Handle sensitive employee relations issues as needed
  • 17Support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • 01A minimum of 5 years of general people operations experience or HR generalist experience
  • 02Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to execute on large volumes of work
  • 03An HRIS and systems guru (Rippling, Workday, DEEL, Zendesk, Greenhouse, or similar systems) with a strong focus on tech based HR solutions and AI platforms
  • 04Process-driven problem solver, content with ambiguity and being in the weeds
  • 05Empathy and emotional intelligence to build alignment and strong relationships with employees and internal and external stakeholders
  • 06High integrity and maturity to handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a way that builds trust
  • 07Experience of working in the EMEA region
