• 01Ship features across the entire backend stack, from data infra to product endpoints
• 02Build extensible and robust business logic for processing health data
• 03Prototype, productionize, and run experiments to improve accuracy, speed, and cost of AI/ML models
• 04Establish best practices for scalability, security, testing, and ML ops (model versioning, monitoring, alerting)
• 05Continuously iterate on the engineering process and culture

• 01At least 2 years of experience
• 02Experience designing, building, and running a large-scale backend system
• 03Expertise coding in Typescript or Python
• 04Strong intuition for algorithms and working with data
• 05Brilliant at math and statistics
• 06Obsessive with your craft
• 07Great at communicating ideas

• 09Know when to ask for help and how to help others
