Обязанности
- 01Lead one of the cross-functional App teams, empowering engineers to own the full lifecycle of their products from development and deployment to day-to-day operations
- 02Provide technical leadership, guidance, and expertise across the team and participate in the hiring process to find the best talents
- 03Act as an excellent people manager and support team members in their professional and personal development
- 04Help team members create, implement, evaluate, deploy, sustain, and enhance software solutions for complex and undefined problems
- 05Foster a culture of experiment-driven innovation within the team
- 06Promote teamwork and successful project execution
- 07Improve developer satisfaction by reducing tech-debt, automating processes, and documenting decisions, runbooks, etc.
Требования
- 01Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 02At least 5 years of proven experience in software engineering in a fast-paced and scalable environment
- 03At least 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional and agile software engineering teams working with cutting-edge technologies on distributed systems
- 04Systematic problem-solving approach
- 05Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus)
