Senior Backend Engineer, Platform

Обязанности
- 01Build upon and integrate customer feedback, both internal and external, into our API tooling and shared services
- 02Create new architectural foundations and mission-critical distributed systems while collaborating closely with other teams
- 03Work within an agile, scrum-based engineering team focused on core platform capabilities
- 04Advocate for, create, and maintain API governance across engineering through collaboration, automation, and outreach
- 05Own integrations within our API Gateway layer and service lifecycles from design to production
- 06Identify improvements to the design and implementation of new and existing critical shared services
- 07Help grow our infrastructure engineering organization's shared services relied upon by other engineering teams to accelerate product development
- 08Support the platform capabilities that power ClickUp's AI initiatives, including Brain and Agents
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 02Strong understanding of API standards, design approaches, and integration patterns
- 03Strong understanding of CAP Theorem and distributed systems design patterns
- 04Prior high-scale experience with Postgres, MySQL, or another relational database, specifically from the standpoint of tuning the database and the infrastructure it runs on
- 05A strong operational background with Datadog, Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana
- 06Proficient with TypeScript
- 07Proficient with Golang
- 08Strong consideration for developer experience in everything you build
