Product Support Specialist, Eastern/Central Time

Обязанности

  • 01Support customers in end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, feature and integration discovery
  • 02Investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through all communication channels, including email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit
  • 03Partner with engineering team to document and reproduce bugs
  • 04Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the team at large to inform product choices
  • 05Lead select strategic projects to improve the support experience, internal knowledge sharing, and product operations

Требования

  • 01Passion about technology, quality, and Linear’s mission
  • 02Excellent communication and customer service skills and experience working with a technical or engineering user base
  • 03Ability to adapt communication approach to non-technical users
  • 04Experience troubleshooting technical issues, including APIs and integration setups
  • 05Ability to reproduce bugs with Linear and its integrations in various environments (different browsers, Windows, Mac, Mobile)
  • 06Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus
  • 07Curiosity to learn technical skills if no direct experience
  • 08Based in U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central time only
