01Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or manifests; document and report any discrepancies or damage
02Safely unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
03Organize and maintain the warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, inventory locations, and optimizing space utilization
04Pull, stage, and prepare materials for construction, installation, or distribution teams
05Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and support inventory reconciliation
06Ensure proper handling, packaging, and protection of sensitive/high-value equipment
07Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, hazardous material handling (if applicable), and equipment operation standards
08Assist with shipping, returns, and reverse logistics as needed
09Collaborate with logistics, facilities, and construction teams to support aggressive project timelines
10Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards
11Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

011+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or material handling role (construction or data center environment preferred)
02Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and proven experience operating material handling equipment
03High school diploma or equivalent
04Experience supporting data center, construction, or high-tech warehouse operations
05Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS)
06Knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, or other process improvement methodologies
07Previous experience handling sensitive electronics, servers, or critical infrastructure components
08Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for potential local material transport)
09Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods
10Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods
11Willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust
12Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures

01Work either day shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM), Monday–Friday with weekends included when needed to support 24/7 project demands
