• 01Lead the technical lifecycle of your team’s products, ensuring they are robust, secure, and performant from the frontend to the infrastructure layer
• 02Bridge the gap between UI and Backend by designing clean APIs, efficient data flows, and scalable service architectures
• 03Create and document technical designs for team initiatives, ensuring they account for scale, reliability, and regional constraints
• 04Ensure your team’s services meet strict performance and security standards (SLAs/SLOs), including observability, rate-limiting, and SEO
• 05Elevate the technical bar of your team through code reviews, design feedback, and hands-on guidance

Требования

• 018 to 12 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/Node.js/Go and React/Next.js
• 02Experience in designing, building, and operating distributed systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• 03Strong proficiency in designing and building scalable services using Node.js (mandatory) or Go
• 04Deep, hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and operating backend services on AWS, with strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration
• 05Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), distributed caching (Redis), and data/deployment pipelines
• 06Experience using quantitative analysis (latency, traffic volume) to justify your design and technology choices
• 07Strong production systems experience, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response
• 08Hands-on experience with modern React & MobX/Redux
• 09Strong experience with frontend build tools, module bundlers, package managers
• 10Understanding of core web vitals, page speed and performance optimization
• 11Clear understanding of how web traffic moves from the browser through CDNs, Load Balancers, and API Gateways to the backend
• 12Familiarity with the Product-Ops side of engineering - including security best practices, telemetry, alerting, and monitoring
• 13Ability to articulate technical trade-offs and visualize system flows for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
