• 01Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
• 025+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
• 03Portfolio showcasing shipped B2B or enterprise products
• 04Experience incorporating AI into design process
• 05Expertise in designing responsive, accessible, and inclusive experiences
• 06Ability to balance user goals with business objectives and engineering considerations
• 07Comfortable owning all stages of design for multiple teams
• 08Strong storytelling skills to communicate design ideas
