  • 01Lead Okta’s enablement strategy and execution across the APAC region
  • 02Lead a regional POD team and partner closely with senior Sales Leaders
  • 03Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, diagnosing business challenges and recommending enablement solutions
  • 04Orchestrate enablement needs across all field functions: Sales, Presales, Partners and Alliances, SDRs, and Customer First
  • 05Represent the field's perspective by gathering insights through collaboration with key stakeholders
  • 06Build strong relationships with sales leaders, managers, and individual contributors
  • 07Activate both global and local enablement initiatives within the region
  • 08Participate in the creation of the quarterly Global Enablement Plan
  • 09Submit Program Briefs to GET for approval and guide content creation
  • 10Maintain deep knowledge of products, use cases, MEDDPICCC, deal progression, and Customer Engagement Models

Требования

  • 013–5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field
  • 02Experience ideally within the tech or SaaS industry
  • 03Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior sales leaders
  • 04Proven track record of developing and delivering enablement programs tailored to sales teams
  • 05Deep understanding of sales execution including: onboarding, sales processes, challenges, and buyer personas
  • 06Familiarity with MEDDPICC
  • 07Experience working with remote and geographically dispersed teams is a plus
  • 08Experience working with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to align enablement
