• 03Draft Design Documents and conduct Technical Demos for stakeholders with clear and concise written/oral communication
• 04Sequence product behaviors into courses of backend/frontend implementation with accurate complexity estimations
• 05Introduce clean, well tested and documented code
• 06Reduce tech debt alongside product initiatives, referencing evolving industry standards
• 07Adopts new technologies/best practices to drive the codebase and business forward

Требования

• 013-5 years of experience in software engineering (web applications, distributed systems, data platforms)
• 02Technical communication and planning skills (design documentation, diagraming, cost/performance analysis)
• 03Demonstrates excellent complexity-estimation, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical thinking
• 04Demonstrates ability to communicate to stakeholders of different technical background
• 05Organized and process oriented, strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
• 06Proficient with modern development/management tooling (AI Agents, VSCode, JIRA, Git & Unix, Cloud terminal, etc)
• 07Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity governance
• 08Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
