• 01Are a strong backend engineer, ideally with Golang experience
• 02Have experience building and operating scalable backend systems
• 03Are comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments and bringing structure where needed
• 04Can independently lead large initiatives across team boundaries, from problem definition and planning to stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery
• 05Communicate clearly and effectively, and know how to gather, process, and act on feedback
• 06Can build strong working relationships with stakeholders and keep multiple parties aligned around shared goals
• 07Have hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows, including tools like Codex, Claude, and agent-based development approaches
• 08Bring experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, or similar technologies
