• 01Design and implement multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing
• 02Write clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations
• 03Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• 04Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism
• 05Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
• 06Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs

Требования

• 01Advanced professional written proficiency in English and Indonesian
• 023–5 years of professional software engineering experience
• 03Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• 04Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• 05Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• 06Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
• 07Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
• 08Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation, or structured labeling for AI/ML systems
• 09Experience defining solution trajectories and writing evaluation rubrics
• 10Familiarity with LLM evaluation, prompt design, or benchmarking workflows
