- 01Gain domain knowledge, build AI agents to truly automate human-driven work
- 02Build automation to unlock new modeling capabilities that fundamentally changes the market
- 03Have full ownership of projects, iterate closely with industry experts on end-to-end features
- 04Scale up our platform and system to support ever growing traffic
- 05Work in tight collaboration with the product team on product roadmap
Требования
- 013+ years of experience building data intensive software in production environment
- 02Proficient in TypesScript, Python, SQL, and comfortable working across the stack - frontend, backend, and database
- 03Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
- 04You’re comfortable with ambiguity, unblock yourself, and make progress without waiting on perfect specs
- 05Have a strong bias towards action and prioritize execution
- 06Share our passion to build something that fights climate change
- 07Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups
- 08Have the hunger to grow together with Paces as we scale up
