Обязанности
- 01Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization
- 02Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- 03Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog
- 04Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams to deliver at pace without quality loss
- 05Perform market and competitor analysis to inform feature prioritization
- 06Define and track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, to measure product success
- 07Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- 08Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders
- 09Mentor junior POs and contribute to the product chapter’s knowledge sharing culture
Требования
- 01Fluent English
- 02+2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
- 03Strong analytical skills with experience working with data
- 04Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- 05Ability to write clear user stories, specs, and technical documentation
- 06Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- 07Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 08High ownership and execution mindset
