- 01Lead AI-enabled website transformation and drive evolution of grafana.com into an AI-first, agent-ready platform
- 02Build practical AI-enabled systems for content workflows, QA, personalization, localization, analytics, experimentation, and web operations
- 03Own the web platform ensuring stability, security, performance, dependability and ease of evolution
- 04Define standards for reliability, incident handling, operational visibility, platform health, performance and security hygiene
- 05Improve delivery predictability and manage operating cadences for roadmap reviews, stakeholder updates, prioritization and delivery accountability
- 06Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce coordination overhead and improve clarity
- 07Partner with marketing, product, design and engineering stakeholders to create seamless user journeys from website visit to product trial
- 08Scale self-serve web operations through strong CMS models, reusable patterns, content and UX guardrails, documentation and governance
- 09Lead and grow the web development team, providing mentorship, raising technical standards and fostering AI-first development practices

- 01Strong point of view on AI impact on web strategy and ability to implement practical systems and measurable improvements
- 02Proven experience leading web engineering teams and building reliable, scalable, high‑performing web platforms
- 03Deep understanding of modern frontend engineering, CMS‑driven sites, analytics, integrations, performance, security and launch operations
- 04Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical plans, priorities, timelines and trade‑offs
- 05Operational mindset focused on system‑level delivery improvements rather than last‑minute heroics
- 06Experience mentoring and developing engineers, fostering accountability and ownership
- 07Track record of delivering measurable impact on reliability, content velocity, self‑serve adoption, discoverability and user engagement
- 08Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storyblok, Vercel, Algolia, RudderStack, BigQuery, AirOps
- 09Experience using AI to improve engineering workflows, QA, documentation, planning, analytics, experimentation or operational reporting
- 10Experience building self‑serve systems for marketing, content and regional teams
