- 01Own and elevate mission-critical platforms (Starfleet and Toolbox) that accelerate xAI’s frontier research
- 02Design and build delightful, performant, and scalable user interfaces for researchers and engineers
- 03Write production-grade backend code alongside frontend development
- 04Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- 05Ensure excellent performance and usability of data-heavy web applications
- 06Maintain and improve existing systems with a focus on product quality
Требования
- 01Outstanding prioritization skills with ability to focus on high-impact work in a fast-moving environment
- 02Excellent communication skills to articulate trade-offs, technical decisions, and product thinking
- 03Strong expertise in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend ecosystem
- 04Proven ability to write clean, production backend code (Node.js/TypeScript or Python preferred)
- 05Experience building large-scale, data-heavy web applications with excellent performance
- 06Strong product intuition and ownership mindset
- 07Design taste with attention to pixel-level details

- 01Base salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD
