  • 01Lead and scale facilities operations and power generation teams responsible for reliable operation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of critical infrastructure
  • 02Direct fiber teams overseeing design, deployment, maintenance, and expansion of high-speed fiber optic networks and connectivity infrastructure
  • 03Own key performance metrics such as uptime, MTTD/MTTR, PUE, WUE, power generation efficiency, and overall infrastructure availability
  • 04Develop and enforce SOPs, preventive maintenance programs, incident response protocols, and continuous improvement processes
  • 05Build, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams of operations technicians, power generation engineers and controls specialists
  • 06Partner with engineering, construction, procurement, and AI hardware teams to support new facility builds, expansions, commissioning, and handovers
  • 07Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, spare parts inventory, and risk mitigation strategies
  • 08Drive innovation in operational practices, automation, predictive maintenance, power generation optimization, and sustainability initiatives
  • 09Provide regular performance reporting, root cause analyses, lessons learned, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Требования

  • 015+ years progressive experience in data center facilities operations, power generation operations, or hyperscale infrastructure management
  • 022+ years experience in a management or supervisory role
  • 03Proven track record leading large‑scale operations teams supporting high‑density compute environments with on‑site power generation
  • 04Strong experience managing fiber optic networks, dark fiber deployments, or high‑bandwidth connectivity infrastructure
  • 05Deep knowledge of power generation systems (gas turbines, reciprocating engines, cogeneration), MEP systems, BMS/SCADA, liquid cooling, and power redundancy topologies
  • 06Demonstrated success delivering high reliability, rapid incident resolution, and operational excellence under aggressive scaling timelines
  • 07Hands‑on leadership style with ability to manage teams, budgets, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • 08Proficiency with operations tools, CMMS, monitoring platforms, and data‑driven decision making
  • 09Preferred: background in AI or hyperscale data center operations, familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards, ASHRAE guidelines, IEEE/NFPA power generation standards, OSHA/EPA compliance, and sustainability practices
  • 10Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Facilities Management or related field; relevant certifications (CDCP, CDCS) a plus
