- 01Organize and maintain the Site Operations warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, and optimizing space utilization
- 02Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with vendors for returns and repairs
- 03Perform accurate data entry for inventory tracking, receipts, shipments, and asset management using internal systems
- 04Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- 05Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of hardware, parts, and supplies
- 06Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including vendor returns and internal transfers
- 07Maintain spare parts inventory and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
- 08Create and update documentation for inventory procedures and standard operating procedures
- 09Assist in troubleshooting inventory-related issues and reporting discrepancies
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operations, to support overall site efficiency
Требования
- 01High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 022+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
- 03Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems
- 04Familiarity with RMA processes and vendor coordination
