01Native proficiency in Spanish with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations
02Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with clear, natural vocal delivery suitable for audio recording
03Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality
04Ability to handle multilingual audio content, evaluate speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation
05Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across accents and varying audio quality
06Comfort providing high‑quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages
07Strong comprehension and independent judgment on ambiguous or noisy audio material
08Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail‑oriented, and organizational skills
09Commitment to developing AI with sophisticated multilingual audio capabilities
