Staff Full Stack Engineer

- 01Participate in cross-team initiatives including code reviews, design reviews, operational robustness discussions, and release planning
- 02Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, efficient, and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
- 03Optimize front-end performance considering page load speed, caching strategies, and asset management
- 04Contribute to documentation such as instructional materials, pitch decks, technical specifications, component documentation, and style guides
- 05Maintain awareness of industry issues and trends, especially accessibility (WCAG), usability, front-end frameworks, and emerging web technologies, and share insights with the team
- 06Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development, automate testing, and prototype new features
- 07Partner closely with the design team as a technical consultant, providing early-stage feedback on feasibility and interaction patterns
- 08Develop polished CSS animations that are visually engaging and performant across devices
Требования
- 015+ years of full‑stack development experience
- 02Expertise in React (hooks, context, state management) and modern CSS/styling (styled‑components, CSS modules)
- 03Strong knowledge of accessibility best practices
- 04Proficiency in Node.js and API design, with experience integrating front‑end components with CMS environments such as AEM
- 05Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms including Vercel, AWS, and Cloudflare
- 06Ownership mentality and ability to work independently in unfamiliar areas
- 07Intellectual curiosity and ability to evaluate new technologies, including AI tools
- 08Strong communication skills with a user‑centric attitude

- 02Annual base salary range $140,000 – $192,500 USD (US locations) or equivalent in Canada
