Senior Software Engineer, AI Framework & Services
Toronto
Обязанности
- 01Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and services that bring identity and authorization capabilities to AI agent workflows
- 02Own features end-to-end, from technical design through production, with attention to reliability, security, and developer experience
- 03Build integrations that allow agents to securely acquire, use, and scope access credentials in real-world environments
- 04Contribute to system design decisions, make thoughtful technical tradeoffs, and communicate them clearly to peers and partners
- 05Help define patterns and abstractions for problems the industry hasn't fully solved yet: agent identity, delegated access, trust boundaries across agentic systems
- 06Instrument and monitor production systems with a bias toward observability, operational health, and fast incident response
- 07Collaborate closely with product, security, and platform partners to shape what gets built and how it integrates with the broader Auth0 platform
- 08Provide substantive code reviews and mentor teammates in ways that raise the engineering bar across the team
Требования
- 01Proven experience designing and shipping production-grade backend systems: APIs, services, and integrations that operate at scale under real constraints
- 02Strong foundation in one or more backend languages (Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar); comfortable with REST and event-driven API patterns
- 03Experience building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the problem definition evolves alongside the solution
- 04A security-conscious mindset: you think about how credentials are handled, how trust is established, and what can go wrong at the integration boundary
- 05Strong system design skills. You can scope a feature, identify the tradeoffs, and deliver something that holds up in production
- 06Collaborative instincts: you work well across functions, communicate constraints clearly, and help the people around you move faster
- 07Comfort operating in a product engineering context, writing code that serves real customers, not just internal tools
