Обязанности
- 01Build and ship AI-native product features end-to-end
- 02Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines that support model-driven workflows
- 03Work across the stack when needed (backend, frontend, infra, experimentation)
- 04Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and product to bring ideas into production
- 05Own systems from design → implementation → monitoring → iteration
- 06Turn ambiguous goals into concrete scopes, milestones, and shipped outcomes
- 07Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for reliability, performance, and simplicity
- 08Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and iteration
- 09Design workflows to maximize speed without sacrificing correctness
- 10Build systems that leverage AI (agents, retrieval, multimodal reasoning)
Требования
- 01Experience building production systems (backend or full-stack)
- 02Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and system reliability
- 03Comfort working across multiple domains (engineering, product, data, UX)
- 04A track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tasks
- 05Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- 06Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 07A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to complex problems
